Tracy Tsai is a senior research analyst with Gartner's Technology & Service Provider Research group. Ms. Tsai covers the client computing and printing markets in Taiwan.

Speaker: Ben Lee
Mr. Lee is a principal analyst in Gartner's Research organization.
His primary research covers the Tech & Service Provider of Semiconductors/Design and Applications & Devices. Mr. Lee has been in Gartner for 15 years.
